Don't forget, if you can, to slip a couple bucks into the donation can at meetups when you are able. We forget that while our meetup is free Karen & Joe do a lot for us. It is a big yard to maintain for our puppers pleasure. For the parade walkers, Karen bought a BUNCH of beads and buttons for us to wear, and to hand to the crowd. If you can, give Karen or Joe and dollar or two at the parade. THANKS!

As a fellow organizer of Meetup not only are there costs involved but there is a lot of time demanded of the organizer. Take the time to RSVP and keep it updated, don't forget to rate an event afterwards, keep your profile updated, offer help (can be time, ideas, etc.) to your organizer and always thank your organizers and assistant organizers for all the work they do. Much off the work is done behind the scenes and you only see the result.

It is the usually the love of the dogs why so much time and effort is put into the Meetup and Karen, Joe, Merek and Susan prove it over and over again.
