“ The only concern I have is that when owners allow their dog to hump other dogs this is a formula for trouble that that is avoidable. I don't think dogs always see this behavior by another dog as playful but often more as being aggressive in nature. Most dogs don't like it, some don't like it a lot. When the dogs are 60 - 110 pounds once a fight breaks out it is not always easy to stop and a lot of damage can be done in a very short time. I have seen that happen all too often and one time had to accompany a shaken owner to the vet with her golden who almost had his hear ripped all the way off by another dog he tried to mound. ”
